Mission: To present what Ireland and the Irish have accomplished
- with admiration, intelligence, and pride.
To
showcase Ireland's songs and stories of unmatched beauty, the
complex music, the witty and wise proverbs and sayings, the vernacular
architecture, now and again a few racy curses and the devout folk
prayers.
The
show consists of hours of the finest entertainment and a mini
journey into the history, culture, and traditions of lovely Ireland.

I enjoy using my computer and of course listening to my Irish
Music and doing research. I am a keen amateur historian.

Born
in Ireland in Monaghan, Co. Monaghan, lived in Manorhamilton,
Co. Leitrim, and Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
First
and second level education in Ireland . Emigrated to the U.S.
in 1959 and attended college in the U.S.
Father
of one daughter and three sons.
Married to Mary Ellen Welch and residing in Randolph. We spend
our summers at our home in Centerville on the Cape.
Employment:
General Manager and part owner of The
Irish Cottage Inc., North America's largest specialty Irish
retailer with 5 locations; four in Mass. and one in NH.
Active
in numerous Irish organizations. Past President and a Director
of the Irish Cultural Centre Inc. Chairman of Irish Cultural Centre's
Annual Festivals from 2000 at Stonehill College, Easton, Ma.
